Salesforce Consulting

This is the first stage of Salesforce implementation, we do your business analysis and define business objectives. Based on business objectives, the business strategy is formulated keeping the Salesforce functionality in mind. In other words, Fit-Gap analysis is performed and a report is generated about the gaps. Based on the report, we elaborate ways to achieve your business goals with Salesforce functionality and think about necessary customizations and integrations that make the solution fully compliant with your requirements. Proper project planning is done at this moment to keep the project within budget and schedule.

Customization and configuration

We can tailor your Salesforce solution in two ways, which are different in complexity, cost and the level of the platform’s modification. Configuration implies modifying Salesforce default capabilities with point-and-click tools. By contrast, customization is a development process, allowing to deeper tailor the platform with Apex code, if large-scale changes are required to meet your business objectives.


We perform integrations to make your Salesforce solution seamlessly work with third-party systems, such as ERP, ecommerce platforms, document management systems, and ensure increased visibility of data flows across integrated applications.

Data Migration

We have inhouse designed tools that accelerate the smooth migration of your data into the new Salesforce solution without data loss or data discrepancy. During this complete process rules of data structuring are followed.


Once a custom based Salesforce application is developed in the development environment, then the testing team starts playing with it and do a different round of testing from Quality, stress and load testing. Once approved by tested by QA engineers, the solution is migrated to the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) environment where the business users of the customer company can try the solution’s functionality and make sure it works as required.

User training

User training is provided to make the team familiar with the Salesforce application. For this, a proper workshop over the web or in-person is conducted. A signoff is obtained from the trainees on the successful completion of training.

Go Live

After all necessary signoffs are obtained from different stakeholders, our team migrates the tested code to the production environment.

Post Production Support

After Go-live for any teething problem, we provide on-call support for one month. The fee of this support is already included in the project cost. For minor enhancements or application support after 1 month, we sign a different contract with the client at very competitive rates.
