This document of Terms and Conditions will guide the users about various forms of data collection and different ways in which their information is being utilized.

This document for Terms & Conditions of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the users use of the NoQyu website or mobile app for NoQyu. NoQyu offers products for purchase on this NoQyu website or mobile app. NoQyu reserves the right to change or revise the terms and conditions of this agreement by posting any changes or a revised agreement on this NoQyu website or mobile app. The amended or revised agreement will be effective immediately after it is posted on this NoQyu website or mobile app.

NoQyu is not responsible for any damage resulting from the use of this NoQyu website or mobile app. The users will not use the NoQyu website or mobile app for illegal purposes. The users will abide by all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in the use of the NoQyu website or mobile app (including laws regarding intellectual property), not interfere with or disrupt the use and enjoyment of the NoQyu website or mobile app by other users, not resell material on the NoQyu website or mobile app, not engage, directly or indirectly, in the transmission of "spam", chain letters, junk mail or any other type of unsolicited communication, and do not defame, harass, abuse, or disrupt other users of the NoQyu website or mobile app.

By using this NoQyu website or mobile app, the users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content and materials on the NoQyu website or mobile app in connection with the regular use, noncommercial, use of the NoQyu website or mobile app. The users may not copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works of such content or information without express written authorization from NoQyu or the applicable third party (if third party content is at issue).

By posting, storing, or transmitting any content on the NoQyu website or mobile app, the users at this moment grant NoQyu a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, assignable, right and license to use, copy, display, perform, create derivative works from, distribute, have distributed, transmit and assign such content in any form, in all media now known or from now on created, anywhere in the world. NoQyu cannot control the nature of the user-generated content offered through the NoQyu website or mobile app.

The users are solely responsible for the user’s interactions with other users of the NoQyu website or mobile app and any content the users post. NoQyu reserves the right but has no obligation, to monitor interactions between and among users of the NoQyu website or mobile app. NoQyu will not be deemed in default hereunder or held responsible for any cessation, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, the act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, or boycott.

NoQyu reserves the right to terminate the user access to the NoQyu website or mobile app if it reasonably believes, in its sole discretion, that the users have breached any of the terms and conditions of this agreement. Following termination, the users will not be permitted to use the NoQyu website or mobile app. NoQyu may, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to the users, cancel any outstanding orders for Products. If the user access to the NoQyu website or mobile app is terminated, NoQyu reserves the right to exercise whatever it deems necessary to prevent unauthorized access to the NoQyu website or mobile app. This agreement will survive indefinitely unless and until NoQyu chooses to terminate it in its sole discretion and without advance to the users.

License & Site accessgrants the users a limited sub-license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except express wrote consent of NoQyu. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its materials; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express wrote consent of NoQyu. The users may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page lathe users, or form) of the site or NoQyu and its affiliates without express written consent. The users may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing the Site’s or NoQyu’s name or trademarks without the express written consent of NoQyu. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by NoQyu.

Agree and Confirm

  1. That if a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by the users (i.e., wrong name or address or any other incorrect information) any extra cost incurred by NoQyu for redelivery shall be claimed the users.
  2. That the users will use the services provided by the site, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the site.
  3. The users will provide authentic and accurate information in all instances where such information is requested of the users. NoQyu reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the users at any point in time. If upon confirmation the user details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), it has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the users from using the Services and/or other affiliated NoQyu website or mobile apps without prior intimation whatsoever.
  4. The users authorize a NoQyu to contact the users for any transactional purposes related to the user order/account.
  5. That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by the users is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.
  6. That before placing an order, the users will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, the users agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.

The users may not use the site for any of the following purposes:

  1. Disseminating unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
  2. Transmitting material that encourages conduct constitutes a criminal offense or results in civil liability or otherwise breaches any relevant laws, regulations, or code of practice.
  3. Gaining unauthorized access to other computer systems.
  4. Interfering with any other person's use or enjoyment of the site.
  5. Breaching any applicable laws;
  6. Interfering or disrupting networks or web sites connected to the site.
  7. Making, transmitting, or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the owner's permission.
