NoQyu can cancel or reject any suspicious order as per the policies of the company. Users are advised to provide all the original orders, with a legitimate name, address, email, and delivery address.
Cancellation: User can cancel the order within 2 hours within placing an order for the slot delivery services that guaranteed 24 hours delivery. The quick orders should be canceled within 15 minutes, which will be subjected to the ordering status. Cancellation of the orders may or may not concur charges depending upon the subject to ordering status.
Refund: A refund will be initiated within 24 hours and the amount will be added to the respective account with respect to bank policies. The finance team will get the refund sorted within 7 to 10 working days. Payment made with online or bank transfer through mobile wallets and debit cards will be refunded in their respective bank accounts. For cash purchases, users will get the refunds in their NoQyu wallet.
